Lincoln Hines

CEO & Founder

Lincoln is a millennial entrepreneur who blends a creative, out-of-the-box approach with traditional business practices to maximize the profits of his every business endeavor. 

From when he started his first commercial enterprise as a teenager to today, Lincoln carefully selects each of his start-ups and acquisitions to be both investment-focused and purpose-driven. 

His companies are spread across real estate, finance, tech, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare, but what sets them apart is that they work together to maximize efficiency and returns. 

Lincoln is a founding member of the Cottage Home Association and a member of the The Tiny Home Industry Association, the National Low Income Housing Association, the Disaster Housing Recovery Coalition, and the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association.


Emily Eubanks

With diverse experience in wealth management, risk mitigation, and tax compliance and strategy, Emily is responsible for all financial functions at Atlas. One of her key roles is helping build and streamline the overall structure of the development process. Driven by her love for deals and business innovation, Emily is passionate about using her extensive skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Chief Investment Officer

An originator at heart, Mike uses his MBA from Columbia University and 10 years of experience in real estate investing to conduct due diligence, raise capital, and manage the pre- and post-development process. He firmly believes in the importance of creating a solution for the housing crisis in a timely manner and enjoys doing it alongside a dedicated, entrepreneurial team.


Michael Thompson

Chief Operating Officer

Drawing from over 30 years of experience in trade shows and event management, Michael serves as the creative design expert for all of Atlas’s cottage models. He brings a diverse set of skills to the table, from design and fabrication to team management, and a dedication to combat the housing crisis.


Laura Mischick

Land Acquisition and Development

Combining years of experience in real estate and the oil and gas industry, Laura performs title research and due diligence to determine land ownership over time and coordinates a smooth transaction for buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education, Laura is passionate about helping American families improve their quality of life.
